Neptune Series Gap Laser product portfolio includes a new laser source, available both for marking or cutting application, in the optical configuration of Continuous Wave Direct Diode. The blue technology permits to work with extreme precision, due to the high resolution dependent on the short wavelength ( 450 nm ). This solution is suitable to treat organic materials like wood, leather, paper, carton and other similar when the resolution is an important key factor. In fact, due to the wavelength radiation the laser is able to grant small spot diameters in both the two application. Small and compactness solution, it is available with average powers, 10, 20 and 50W. As with all other lasers, Neptune is equipped with an electronic control board that ensures a consistent electrical interface, even when switching laser types. The new platform also enables advanced diagnostics, allowing for a preliminary remote analysis of the machine's status. Dedicated software (GAPNET) makes it possible to create a network for simultaneous monitoring of all machines and, optionally, to save production and machine status data.
